I had new-fashioned and tidy room complete with sufficient tea, a huge shower, for instance. The location was marvellous and stunning, in the centre of Porto with easy access to shops and a market.

The setting was not the best.

The breakfast was marvellous with refilling, more local food and pastries, and the team was welcoming and kept the space fairly clean. The location was marvellous for first time visitors to Porto. Restaurant Cafe Santiago located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The hotel was truly exceptional and beautifully decorated, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, greatly enjoyed the magnificent location very close to restaurants. The room was spotless and new-fashioned, it had a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card. Good service offered in this property. Besides, there was parking onsite. The total experience was perfect 10/10, I recommend.

A 20-minute walk can take you to the train station. The rooms are spotlessly clean and airy with huge king size bed, everything is nice.

The service was very good, including the lovely onsite restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful and amazing and reasonably priced with ham, refilling, pastries.

Everything was nice and the staff was polite. The service provided there was exceptional. This hotel was set in a very central area just next door to the centre, Porto as well as hotels prices and the metro which is very handy. Dined at Vila Gale Hotels, it was relatively close to the venue.

The staff were super friendly and extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. Good services were available. By the way, I paid extra gbp 17 per day to park the car.

The location in an interesting area was best possible and strategic and there were a market and shops nearby. The double room was new-fashioned exactly like on the photos. The service was very good.

The rooms here are new-fashioned and huge with huge king size bed. Very very kind staff here despite the unusual serving arrangements due to Covid restrictions.

The service offered was very good. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide array of meals. Very central location was a plus.

The property was fairly clean and wonderful and the location was marvellous. I was offered an amazing breakfast with refilling and ham and cheese. The room was bright and huge with a comfy bed, I had a good rest. The service was absolutely excellent. In fact, private parking was a good bonus for drivers.
